My middle name is Laine and I like it a lot better than my first name. My favorite Beatles song is "Norwegian Wood." I have a degree in English Literature and would usually rather be reading. My favorite ice cream flavor is mint chocolate chip. I pronounce the word "either" like I-ther, not ee-ther. I have an irrational fear of dolls, and a rational fear of dentists. I have two little brothers who are now taller than me, and that depresses me. The perfumes I wear are Addict, by Christian Dior, and Be Delicious, by Donna Karen. I prefer (good) beer over liquor. I hate not wearing eyeliner. I have a thing for shoes, purses, and jewelry. I am embarrassed easily. I usually test well.I love scary movies even though they give me nightmares. I also usually enjoy most Sci-Fi, but I simply cannot abide by Trekkies. I'm not photogenic. I <3 Mint Oreos. I've been knitting a lot lately- it feels good to make something by hand. I enjoy being from the South and take pride in my slight accent. I haz a secret loves for lolcats. My favorite word is "thither," as it has both a voiced and unvoiced fricative, but I also like "plethora," and "irrevocably." I enjoy linguistics and the English language. I'm a bibliophile, and like to collect old books.
